We got this primarily to make our P&T stroller more comfy for our baby (rather than for extra warmth) and it certainly seems to do this. Nice and soft, not too bulky, pillow helps prevent head from bobbling around too much so, overall, quite pleased. It doesn't attach to anything so it's possible it might bunch up a bit, although we don't have much of a problem with this. We like it but I'm certain we'll need something far more cosy for the Fall/Winter here in Vermont!
