I got the swaddleme as a gift and man! I can get him to sleep in 10 minutes now. The other thing I like about it is it's only one layer of blanket, not the inevitable 3 layers that swaddling the old fashioned way ends up being. He used to get very over heated. The only issue I have with these is that they only made them for newborns until very recently, and finding the large ones for 4-7 month olds are impossible. My son has just about outgrown these but hasn't quite outgrown swaddling so I'm searching endlessly for some place that carries the large ones.
