Owners Comments & Criticisms
We've used this stroller (with matching carseat) for 4 months now. I'll never buy 'Baby Trend' brand again. Cons: Heavy; cumbersome to fold/unfold (takes both hands & a foot); bulky when folded; latch that keeps it folded is flimsy & designed improperly (the stroller can fold much tighter than the latch will allow); tires don't hold air; canopy doesn't pivot fully forward (a problem when the sun is in baby's eyes); and saving the worst for last - the swivel front wheel shakes on demand when you're trying to push in a straight line, so you have to stop completely & start again, hoping it doesn't shake. The only way around this is to lock the front wheel in place, but then you have to tilt back to turn, which causes baby's head to flop forward when using the carseat. Pros: Seems to ride smoothly. Looks cool. Do yourself & your baby a favor - buy something else.
