This crib is surprisingly well made. I say this because some Da Vinci products are not. But the wood for this crib isn't cheap; there are no particle board pieces. Instead it's all solid. You'll also be able to assemble it easily. It took me less than a couple of hours. The cherry finish shines, almost as a dark wood color, and the screws and bolts are all gold-plated.
